He then continued to the Arizona State University School of Law, where he graduated with honors. During law school, John was a prize winner in the moot court brief writing contest, and he was chosen as a Pedrick Scholar for academic excellence. Upon graduation, John was awarded the Sandra Day O’Connor Award for excellence in Constitutional Law.
During his final year of law school, as others recognized his promise as a lawyer, John was selected to be a legislative aide in the United States Senate in Washington DC, and to be a legal researcher for a federal judge in the United States District Court of Arizona.
Upon graduation from law school, John received multiple offers of employment from large corporate law firms around the nation. John began his career at one of those large firms working for Fortune 500 insurance companies.
However, John soon realized that he wanted to help individual people who had been wronged, rather than working for a large corporate law firm.
John went to work representing injured people with one of the most successful injury law firms in Arizona, where John soon became a Junior Partner.
John wanted to achieve his goal of having his own law firm, and he founded John Evans, PC, in 1995.
In an age when many professionals are rushed, and do not have the time to truly focus on solving the problems of their clients, John takes the time to listen to his clients, so that he can fully understand how their injuries have changed them. Then John uses his skill and training to present the human story unique to each client about how injuries and disabilities have caused them loss.
Because of his many years of practice and experience, John has familiarity with and access to other top attorneys in Arizona and around the nation. When a case requires, John forms “dream teams” with other lawyers who have special experience and talents to bring to a case, at no extra cost to his clients.
Despite his achievements and his over 35 years in practice, John’s enthusiasm for helping others grows each year. John is a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. He continually obtains advanced education in the latest trial techniques, as well as the latest developments in the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic injuries. The Arizona Trial Lawyers Association asked John to work with a team of other leading lawyers in Arizona to assemble a trial practice manual for car crash cases, and he received an award from the Association in gratitude for the final written product.
John represents clients on a contingent fee basis. His clients do not have to pay any money at the start of a case, and John’s legal fee is paid as a percentage of the recovery, only upon completion of the case.
John represents injured people in Arizona from Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Avondale, Goodyear, Buckeye, Apache Junction, Fountain Hills, Queen Creek, Litchfield Park, Cave Creek, Paradise Valley, El Mirage, Tolleson, Sun City, Sun City West, Maricopa, Anthem, Laveen, and Carefree.
